At the end of May, the 2nd transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project METVET was successfully conducted in Karlsruhe, Germany. Results and conclusions concerning the List of Joint Skills already developed were communicated and presented, also related to future development of the professional (qualification) profile, the core curriculum (EQF 5), the corresponding VET program, including innovative teaching methods and the qualification standard (according to ISO/IEC17024 and ECVET) for evaluation and certification.
The project’s 1st thematic workshop also took place during the meeting’s first day, with the attendance of relevant experts and trainers. Discussions highlighted the differences in legislation and national methodologies, as an important element to be taken into consideration when designing the professional profiles, the curricula as much as their EQF correspondence.
